InfoComm International® is the leading non-profit association serving the professional AV communications industry worldwide. Founded in 1939, the association offers industry expertise and market research serving press and others seeking information about the industry.
Through activities that include certification, tradeshows, education, government relations, outreach and information services, InfoComm promotes the professional audiovisual industry and enhances members’ ability to conduct business successfully and competently.
The InfoComm Certified Technology Specialist (CTS®) program is ANSI accredited under the International Standard ISO/IEC 17024 General Requirements for Bodies Operating Certification Schemes of Persons program. Recognized worldwide, there are currently three certifications: The general CTS, the specialized CTS-D (Design) and the specialized CTS-I (Installation). They are the only ANSI accredited AV credentials.
